Term
Maintenance runs for twelve months and renews automatically thereafter. It can be cancelled up to one month before the end of the term. On cancellation you receive all the files of your website, and the domain stays with you.

What clients ask us
Why is it only 990 francs?
Because we are a small studio, we pay no rent on Bahnhofstrasse, and there is no layer of project managers in between. We build websites for small businesses to a practised process. The same work costs four to five times as much at a conventional agency, because four to five people there earn from it.
Who is behind Cantelo?
Cantelo is a small studio. We work without an office and without a sales force, and instead deal with you directly. Our full details are in the legal notice.
Are you based in Switzerland?
No. We work from abroad and serve Swiss businesses. Your website is hosted in Switzerland, the domain is registered in your name, and the invoice only comes once the site is live. The risk therefore sits with us, not with you. If you want a supplier with an office in your municipality, we are not the right choice — we would rather say so now than after the first call.
What if I don't like the result?
Two rounds of revisions are included. You pay only after acceptance. If we have not convinced you after two rounds, we have not done our job.
How long does it really take?
Seven working days from the moment all the content is with us. In practice that is where things usually stall: gathering photos and details often takes longer than the website itself. On the first call we tell you exactly what we need.
Do I need the maintenance?
Not the change packages. Hosting, the domain and SSL are needed by every website — you can also handle that yourself or buy it elsewhere. We offer it because most businesses would rather not deal with it, not because it is impossible without us.
And if I cancel the maintenance?
You receive all the files of your website, and the domain stays with you. There is nothing holding you here.
Can you also do German, French or Italian?
Yes, 290 francs per additional language version. This website itself exists in four languages — so you can see what you are getting.
I already have a website. Is this worth it?
It depends. If your current site works on a phone and brings in enquiries, keep it. Send us the link — if we see no reason to rebuild it, we will say so.
